LONDON, November 20. Reuter’s correspondent at New Delhi says: The Indian politician, Sir Srenavasa Sapru has announced that a non-party committee, of which he is the president, is re-exam-ining India’s communal political problem with a view to presenting a solution within two months to a nonparty conference. Sir S. Sapru said Mahatma Gandhi had stipulated that the committee should be composed of non-party men, while excluding any one who has been participating in the controversy which followed the breakdown of the Bombay talks.
