DETENTION ALLEGED
GERMAN HOSPITAL SHIPS LONDON, Nov 19 To-day’s German High Command communique states: “Contrary to the Geneva Convention, which we are strictly, observing, British naval forces have recently _ repeatedly, detained German hospital ships for weeks in Egyptian ports, making prisoners of the wounded German soldiers. These acts of piracy reached their climax when British planes yesterday attacked an<j sank the German hospital ship Tuebingen, while she was returning from Alexandria.”
