Lindley (Greymouth) 187, W. Blackie (Ikamatua) 190 runner-up. Mrs. Eklund won the ladies’ senior championship and all other ladies’ events played. On Saturday, Messrs A. McArthur, F. Connew and 1. Tyler addressed members of the Burke’s Creek Min-i ers’ Union and Inangahua Coal Miners’ Unions, dealing with the open cast mining at Stockton.
