Mr. Dav-e Wylie, Railway Department, Parnassus, arrived yesterday on transfer to Hokitika.
Mr. and Mrs. R. Curtin returned to Greymouth yesterday from Christchurch. <
Private Bernard Rouse, whose mother is Mrs. N. Rouse, Beach Road, Hokitika is among those reported wounded in the latest N.Z.E.F. casualty list.
Mr. G. Geddes of Westport, Westport delegate to the Westland Hotel, Restaurant and Related Tradese Employees’ Industrial Union of Workers who attended the annual meeting on Wednesday night, has returned to Westport.
Rev Fathers J. Holohan (Runanga). D. Healy (Kumara) and W. G’Mahoney (Alhaura) returned from Christchurch yesterday, after attending the enthronement of the Right Rev. P. F. Lyons, as Bishop of Christchurch.

The funeral of Mr. Anthony, Poschich.took place yesterday morning at Karoro Cemetery. Rev. Father V. Flaherty celebrated Requiem Mass at St. Patrick’s Church, whilst the music for Mass was sung by the combined choirs of the Marist Brothers’ and Convent Schools. The Greymouth Branch of the Hibernian Society, of which the late Mr Poschich was an esteemed member was represented. the piall-bearers being M. Brown, A. Greaney, J. Gough and J’as. O’Donnell. Very Rev. Father J. Long, Adm., officiated at the karoro Cemetery.
