On Mother’s Estate TAKES PRECEDENCE OF R.S.A. BEQUEST. P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Dec. 12. Expressing the opinion that the testatrix misjudged the value, the nature ana the condition of the estate, and the position ox her daughter, Mr. Justice Northcroft, in he Supreme Court, directed that further provision should be made out of the estate of the late Anne Jane Bentley, of Hawarden, for the .support of her daughter, Florence S'tanbury, of Hawarden. His Honour directed that a bequest of the residue of the estate, which was stated by counsel to represent noout £5,000,' to the Christchurch branch of the New Zealand Returned Services’ Association, should be reduced to £5OO.
