PROCEDURE EXPLAINED. PA WELLINGTON, Oct. 22. Tne Land Sales Court remuneration regulations gazetted to-day fix the remuneration of each of tne members (other than judge) ot a Land Sales Court at the rate of eight hundred pounds per annum with provision for travelling subsistence and mileage allowances. Th<* Servicemen’s Settlement ana Land' Sales Regulations were also gazetted. They call for the estaoiishment of officers of the Land Saxes Court at Auckland. Gisborne, Napier, New Plymouth, Wellington, Blenheim, Nelson, Hokitika) Christchurch, Dunedin anti Invercargill. Alter setting out how documents should be filed and prescribing forms of the claims for compensation and ol application for consent, it is stated that every appeal to the Land Sales Court from any order of the Land Sales Committee is to be brought by notice of motion in a summary! way to oe filed in the office of a court in which the order appealed from was filed. A copy of the notice of motion is to be served by the appellant on every person affected and written submissions supporting or opposing the appeal may be filed and served by any party in the same manner as the notice ot motion on appeal. No court fees are payiaole m respect ot any proceedings in the court or before any committee.
