WEDDING

HART—THOMSON. The wedding was celebrated quietly at Holy Trinity Church, Lyttelton, ot Ailsa Mabel, daughter of Mr. and_MlS. Thomson of Mananui and Owen Walter, second son of Mr and Mrs. F. H. Hart of Hamilton. The bridegroom is serving on a minesweeper and has already done service overSe qffie bride, who entered the church on the arm of her father looked veiy smart in a grey tailored costume with saxe blue accessories. Her sister Mrs R. Hoffmann, acted as Matron of Honour, and wore an Air Force blue tailored costume. They both wore shoulder sprays. • Mr. Les Anderson acted as best man. Following the wedding the guests were entertained at the Hotel Mitre by Mr. and Mrs. Thomson, assisted by Mrs. W. Hopkinson, cousin of the bride. Mr and Mrs. Hart later left for the North Island. They will later reside in Lyttelton. *
