(Special to “Argus.") WELLINGTON. April 2. The following is the weather, report and forecast for the West Coast for the next twenty-four hours: — Winds: Fresh to strong northeasterly, at first in the north, but a change to fresh to strong southerlies advancing from the' south. Weather: Rain at first in the north and occasional showers elsewhere, but later improving from the south. Temperatures: Becoming cooler. Further outlook: Mainly fair.
