Mr J. Sayers, assistant general manager, New Zealand Railways, who visited Westport, has left tor Christchurch.
Messrs T. O. Bishop, C. J. Strongman end A. Prendevilie, members of the Coal Council will arrive at Westport on Monday. Mr W. T. Slee has returned from a holiday! in Christchurch. Mr. P. R. Wilkinson Commissioner of Crown Lands, Nelson arrived in Westport n 0 Thursday. Mesdames L. Robertson and V. Finnerty have left to' visit Christchurch Mrs W. J. Ferguson left yesterday on a holiday visit to the North Island.
