RUGBY, Feb. 16.

An Indian communique states: Last night, the R.A.F. bombed Helo airfield, Central Burma. Bursts were observed on runways in the dispersal areas. On the previous night the objective was the airfield at Shwebo. Bombs were dropped well in the target area. A large explosion was caused, followed by fire. Yesterday Blenheims bombed Yegyanbyin on Akyab Island. Fighters carried out offensive patrols in various parts of enemy-occupied Burma. All our aircraft returned. SIAMESE CABINET. LONDON, Feh. 15. The Japanese-controlled Bangkok radio says the Siamese Prime Minister (Bipul Songgram) has resigned with his entire Cabinet.
