Dr. Risto Ryli has been re-eieciea President of Finland lor another iwo years. It is not considered m London that the re-election will have any local significance, since it apparently does hot change the present position of Finland as a German satellite. It is emphasised that no peace overtures have been received in London from Finland, either direct or tnrougn Washington.
