NEW YORK, Oct. 29.
At Dallas, Woolcott Forbes and Dawson, arraigned before the United States Commissioner (Mr John Davis) pleaded not guilty. They consented to. the removal of the hearing to New York to answer an indictment of forgino- and endorsing a United States Treasury cheque for 3750 dollars. Irving Garfunkel is being held as a material witness. Forbes and Dawson are each under a 10,000 dollar bond and Garfunkel 1000,
