SECRET SESSION CONTINUED. P.A. WELLINGTON. August 19. The House continued in secret session throughout this afternoon and evening and when it concluded at 11.30 0.m., the following omcial report was issued with the authority of the speaker, (Hon. -W. <E. Barnard) : “The Prime Minister reviewed the situation in the several threatres of war, and discussed the question of the best utilisation of manpower in the Dominion.” Twenty-nine other speakers took part in the discussion. The House adi'ourned until 2.30 n.m., to-morrow, when it is expected the session will conclude.
