The Supreme Court delivered- decisions on wire-tapping to-day. rhe Court held, firstly, that it was- legal to use a detectaphone to pick up. and amplify a conversation. The 1 decision upheld the conviction of three New York attorneys, who were charged with conspiracy in the Bankruptcy Division. Evidence against them was obtained by Federal agents, who used the device in question in a room adjoining.
