LONDON, April 26.. A Berne message stated two leading German industrialists were sentenced to death for infringement of food regulations. One is Eugen Hubing, managing director of a big arms works in Brunswick. The Mayor of a Rhineland town and a nurse were sentenced to death on a similar charge recently.
