(Rec. 9.40). CHUNGKING, Feb. 23. Official Chinese sources said Japanese planes flying over Kinhwa, Cheekiang Province, dropped leaflets urging Chinese to desert. On the leaflets was printed the American flag, superimposed with rows of black crosses, and the slogan: “British East Asia Power Destroyed! American East Asia Power Destroyed!”
