WAR GUILT TRIALS
FRANCE’S INFERIORITY. TO GERMAN ARMAMENT. (Rec. 9.50.) ZURICH, Feb. 22. It is reported from R-iom that the p/.iosecuti’Cin submitted a document in the war guilt trials which reveals that France in May, 1940, had 115 divisions, compared with Germany’s 180 divisions. France had three thousand tanks, whereas Germany had eight thousand tanks.
