BUILT IN BRITAIN.
ALEXANDRETTA. February 20. The British-built destroyer, Sultan Hlssar, 1,400 tons, has arrived, and has been handed over by the British crew to the Turkish naval authorities. It is understood that she is the first of several destroyers ordered from Britain. _____
