These are de signed to break an Axis news monopoly in Europe, and to neutralise Germany’s lie campaign against the United States in South America. The new service will be headed bv Colonel Donovan, with Mr Neilson ’Phckfeller continuing .activities jn South America. It is understood that the administration is considering the erection of radio transmitters in Iceland and in Britain.
