North Japanese Disaster

The paper “Asahi Shimbun” correspondent at Sapporo says: There are scores of people dead and missing as the result of a tidal wave which struck the western coast or Hokkaido Island, in northern Japan. Fifteen hundred fishing boats have been washed away.
