Abyssinians from many parts of the world are gradually converging on the Sudan, intending to join Haile • Selassie, and notable generals have left their refuge in Palestine to support Negus, while strong bands of guerillas, who for months have been raiding Italian caravans and outposts, are rallying to the Emperor.
