lOur Own Correspondent]. A party of Territorials who had been in camp at Tapawera, passed through Reefton yesterday on return to their homes in Greymouth and Hokitika. Harvest thanksgiving services were held at St. Stephen’s Church on Sunday, and there was a good display of fruits and vegetables which were sold for church funds. Mr L. McKane, employed by the Forestry Department in the plantation near Reefton, at Globe Hill, sustained a severe cut on his right foot while at work, when his axe slipper. He was brought to Reefton for medical attention.
