“THETIS” TOWED
TO POSITION FOR DRAINING. (Independent Cables.) LONDON, September 3. The sunken submarine Thetis has been towed to a position off Anglesey, and she is now lying in thirtyseven feet of water. The lifting operations are now finished. The concluding stage of the work comprises the draining of the vessel to make her fit to be towed to dry dock.
