DR. HACHA ELECTED. 6ther changes mad?. LONDON, November 30. The Joint Houses of Parliament and Senate elected Doctor Emil Hacha as the first President of the second Czechoslovak Republic. Rudolf Beren, Leader of the Agrarian Party, and an opponent of Dr Benes’s policy, has been appointed Premier of Czechoslovakia. The Secretary-General of the Slovak Peoples Party is the new VicePremier. M Chvalkovsky remains Foreign Minister.
