LONDON, November 28. The “News-Chronicle” publishing the results of a' fresh British Institute of Public Opinion survey reveals that seventy-three per cent regard the pogroms as obstacles to good Anglo-German understanding. . Forty per- cent favoured a new political grouping including members of all parties under Mr Eden’s leadership. Forty-nine, per cent were satisfied with Mr Chamberlain as Prime Minister,' compared ■ with fifty-one per cent in October. RUGBY, November 28. Apart from questions, of which a large number on the order paper deal with foreign affairs, the Commons wijl be engaged this week with a domestic Bill providing for important penal reform. A statement will be made on Thursday by Sir J. Anderson on the Government’s proposals for organising voluntary national service.
