ROTORUA SEAT

JOURNALIST TO NOMINATE. I Per Press Association. J ROTORUA, May 18. Mr H. W. Nixon, who at present is editor of the “Waikato Times,” Hamilton, has been selected to-day by a representative meeting of delegates of the National Party to represent that Party in the Rotorua electorate at the forthcoming General Election. He has had extensive journalistic experience, including editorships of the Christchurch “Star” and “Lyttelton Times,” and financial editorshin of the Christchurch “Star-Sun.” The Rotorua seat is held by Mr A. F. Moncur, a Labour member.
