£479 COMPENSATION AWARDED. [Per Press Association]. HASTINGS, March 10. Judgment for plaintiff for £479 Is 2d, with costs, was given by Mr. Justice O’Regan in a reserved decision in the case heard in the Arbitration Court at Napier on February 17, in which Thomas William Barry, a gas worker, of Napier, claimed compensation from the Napier Gas Co., Ltd., for /permanent and total disablement received in the employ of the Company.
