IN ROUMANIAN CAPITAL. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received February 8, 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, February 8. The Bucharest correspondent of the “Daily Telegraph” says: Premier Goga’s supporters and opponents wrecked the fashionable Cots Cafe here. Twenty persons were arrested. An open conflict between M. Goga’s followers and M. Codreanu s Fascist Iron Guard followed encounters, in which two of the Iron Guard were killed. _____
