It was decided to give the committee all support possible towards making the Exhibition a success. During the evening, the Chief contributed the Scottish song, “Annie Laurie,” which was well received. Miss Effie Matthewson delighted the gathering with a nicely executed Highland Fling. A spot waltz was won by Mr. O’Hara and Miss Wilkinson, and a statue waltz was won by Mr. and Mrs. E. Ferguson. The music was supplied by Mrs. Curtis, and Sandy O’Hara officiated as M.C. Supper was supplied in lavish manner by the ladies’ committee. Mr. G. G. M.
