EVEREST EXPEDITION. [British Official Wireless]. RUGBY, December 14. Most of the party of seven men, who will constitute the British expedition which, next Spring, will make a further attempt to reach the 29,000 feet summit of Mount Everest, have now been selected. H. W. Tillmann, 39, is the oldest member of the party. He has had wide mountaineering experience, but has not previously participated in an Everest climb. Four of the men who will accompany him, namely Smythe, Shipton, Warren and Oliver, were, however, with Ruttledge in the attack on Everest, last year. HARD UP ARCHDUKE. VIENNA, December 14. Under the terms of agreement announced in Court, Archduke Leopold must leave his mother’s palace within twenty-four hours.
