AMERICANS AT SYDNEY.

SYDNEY, November 29

The visiting American tennis players, Budge and Mako, arrived by the Monterey to-day, They said they were looking forward to playing on Australian courts under Australian conditions. Both expressed their preparedness to play more matches than their itinerary provided for, as it was lighter than they had expected. Budge was surprised that there is some doubt about the Australians parcticipating in the next Davis Cup. He said he regarded the Australians as their most dangerous rivals, and it would be a pity if they were not to challenge. .
