Karelian Officials SOVIET POLICE, ALLEGE PLOT. (Received September 16, 5.5 p.m.) MOSCOW. September 15. It is announced here that a group of Finns who were occupying leading posts in the Karelia Republic (which borders on Finland) have been annihilated. The Soviet Secret Police allege that Finns had crossed the frontier ot Karelia, disguised as Communist, iQ~ fugees, and that they were under instructions of the German Intelligence, and that they organised an infantry, brigade, which, in the event, of war. would seize the Karelia Republic and cut off the strategic Kolsky Peninsula and Murmansk railway.
