A Rabbi’s Criticism OF BRITISH POLICY. fAust. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received August 9, 7 p.m.) ZURICH, August 9. Rabbi Wise, at the Zionist Congress, criticised Britain’s conduct as the Palestine Mandatory Power. He said that Britain had not only failed to try, but had almost tried to fail. He accepted the principle of a new Palestine State, but not a divided Palestine.
