An agreement relating to a uniform system of maritime buoyage, drawn no bv the organisation coniinuniea. lions'and Transit Expert Committee, was signed on April 5 th,- by the Bi. ish Government, an<j on April 22nd by the French Government. The committee, for International Re. pression of Terrorism concluded the revision of two draft texts foi conveu. tions. The first deals with the prevention and repression of terrorism. The second provide* for the creation of an international penal court, composed of Judges appointed by the League Council.
