TROOPS FOR SPAIN

ROME. April 10. Allegations that Franco was cooperating with the Soviet in sabotaging the ' Non-Intervention Pact were made by Signor Gayda in “Giornale d’ltalia,” following up his charges of yesterdav.

He. alleges that since the Pact was signed, Soviet- troops, munitions and equipment have been pouring through Marseilles and Toulouse. In all 2000 Soviet-trained troops have entered Spain in the past six weeks, ho declares, as well as 250 heavy guns, 250 tanks -and 28 ’planes. Other -equipment is on its way.
