For County Council LABOUR RETAINING MAJORITY. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) (Received March 5, 9 p.m.) LONDON, March 5. The London County Council elections took place yesterday. The state of the parties, after 94 results had been declared was as follows: — Labour 54 Municipal Reformers 40 Each side gained four seats from the other. Thus there has been no net change so far. i The remaining thirty results will be declared to-day. The state or parties in the old Council was: Labour 69. Municipal Reformers 59.
