Their View of Elections JUSTIFY INDEPENDENCE. (Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.) LONDON, March 3. Jawah . Lal Nehru, the Congress Leader, has cabled as follows to the “Daily Herald”: —The striking success of Congress 'in -the provincial elections demonstrates that the people emphatically support our objectives, namely, Indian independence, the rejection of the new Constitution, and the summoning of an elected constituent Assembly., to frame our own Constitution. We will continue working to tha-t end, both inside and outside the legislatures.
