BRITISH SPEED UP. LONDON, October IS. _ Foreshadowing an acceleration in rearmament, especially in the air, the diplomatic correspondent of the “Dail.v Telegraph” says a special Ministerial committee has been asked to prepare reconimendeations for the Cabinet. Three schemes are considered possible. First, a larger measure ot State control in the industry, with a view to organising it on something approaching a war basis; second, the purchase of foreign aircraft, probaniy American, in order to supplement the British output; third, more generous assistance to industry for the erection of equipment and special factories tor "the output of war material.
