CAMERA SHOOTING
PREFERRED TO GUN. (Received October IS. at 7.5 p.m.) LONDON, October 17. Mr Hamilton Fyfe, the journalist, who is the President of the League for the Prohibition of Cruel Sports has sent a letter to the King’s Secretary, thanking His Majesty- for substituting the camera, for the gun during his visit to Balmoral Hall. He says His Majesty’s courageous lead would powerfully- stimulate the abandonment of sports involving the killing of wild animals.
