(Our Own Correspondent). HOKILTIKA, October 15. The inquest on the late David C. Finch was concluded at the Magistrate's Court, this niorning. when the Coroner (Mr A. E. Benjamin) returned the following verdict: “That David Copperfield Finch died at Westland Hospital on October 'Jth, 193t>, as the result of injuries accidentally received, when attempting to board a moving train at Kumara Junction on the night of July 24th, J‘J3(>; and that, no blame was attachable to the Railway Department or its staff.” The art union conducted by the Excelsior Football Club was won by Airs G. Harrison, Preston. Road, Greymouth.
