U.S.A. SHIPPING DISPUTE
EITOETS TO SETTLE TT. (Received October 12 at 11,5 p.m.) SAN FRANCISCO, October 12. Air Edward .McGrady, AssistantUnited States Secretary for Labour announced to-day that, he has asked the Maritime Commission to arbitrate in the Pacific shipping dispute after the Commission has acquired full power on October 2G. Air McGrady reported that he is endeavouring to persuade Air Bridges to accept arbitration.
