BRUNNER NOTES
(Our Own Correspondent.) Mrs. H. Gage ju.nr, Dobson was discharged from hospital on Tuesday. Mrs. McCullough sear, who has been the guest of Mr and Mrs G. McCullough. Taylorville, left on her return by Tuesday’s express. Miss G. Melvor Taylorville is an inmate of the Grey hospital. Brunner League football club intend holding a ball in Wallsend during August.
Mr. J. Rowlauds Taylorville, Engine driver at Wallsend, had just gone on shift on Sunday night, when he had the misfortune to fall from one of the boilers. Tt was marvellous how he escaped serious injury. He is suffering from severe bruises and an injured foot. A number of men from No 5 scheme in the district have received advice to commence work on the BrunnerBlackball road.
A whist drive held in the Taylorville school by the Tennis Club resulted in the following winncrs:Mr. C, Bateman Ist. Mrs. E. 'Rostern 2nd.
