Supreme Court JUDGES TO CONSIDER APPLICATION. (Our Own Correspondent.) WESTPORT, February 11. Mrs Ryan, Secretary of the Labour Party, has received the following wire from Hon. P. C. Webb, Minister of Mines;— “In regard to Westport sittings of the Supreme Court, my colleague stated that he had the assurance of the Judges that, on the application ol counsel they would sit at .Westport i'or the hearing of all cases where the requirements of justice call for such a sitting Counsel of the litigants should therefore, make- direct application to the Circuit Judge.” Mr Webb adds that it would be useless sending a deputation to Wellington if this procedure is not followed.
