For Mining Investors PROSPECTORS TO BE CERTIFIED. (Per Press! Association) CHRISTCHURCH, Angus,t 13. Hon. Mr Macmillan. Minister of Mines, said to-day that he contemplated making it necessary 'that a Government certificate should be attached tlo all prospectuses issued for mining ventures —a eertificalje from a competent source, which would be a definite safeguard for those intending to invest on the strength of the details contained in such a prospectus.
