W.F.A. MEETING. The weekly meeting of tke W.F.A. was held las>t evening, there being present, Messrs W. Robertson (chairman).. E. Flood. W. Rafferty, A. McLean, M. J. Morel (secretary). A referee’s report was received as satisfactory from D. Barney A letter from Mr ’Wm. Richmond, severing his connections with the code was received. , Information was received from tne NZFA. that the Chatham Cup match, Western A (Christchurch) v Ail Blacks (Millerton) would be replayed on Saturday, August, 17th. The same officials were appointed to control the game ms last week. Any further replay is to h© played on Sunday, August 184 h. - As a. curtain-raiser to the Chatham Gun replay, it was decided ,l 0 P* a >' a junior Possible v. Probable match, Mi Smvthe to select and publish teams. Mr W. Small. Blackball, was announced as the winner of the compete tion conducted by 'the W T .A It was decided to challenge Busier for the Peter Dawson Cup.
