The ‘‘Times’’ Sim'-a correspondent states three were killed and 47 were wounded a't Shengani, in the Punjab,, when 20 police fired on a mob of 1000 dcmonstnating against Agrarian reforms. The crowd, including armed Jats. surrounded the police, who were forced to tiro in self defence. Troops have been sent from Dehli to reinforce the State police.
