BRUNNER NOTES
(Our Own Correspondent.) Mr. W. Buchanau, Dobson, who entered the Grey Hospital for treatment has undergone an operation. Miss A. Gainsford, of the Taylorville School teaching staff has entered Ngarana Hospital for treatment. Mr. J. Bell, who has been relieving at the Brunnerton Post Office, has left on his return to Greymouth. Mr. Steele, Murchison, has taken up his duties. The usual Saturday evening Whist Drive held by the Taylorville Tennis Club, resulted iu the fol'owing prizewinners: Miss M. Fentiman Ist; Airs. Chetywnd 2nd. Consolation Prizes were awarded to Mesdaines J. Myers and J. Richardson. A delightful supper was served by the lady members of the Club.
