In Abyssinia CONSULATE TO BE SET UP. LONDON, August 11. It is reported that they will also endeavour to negotiate for the supply of arm 8 for Abyssinia. They may even propose some form of a military alliance. MUSSOLINI AS AVIATOR. ROME, August 10. The Swiss Government is gravely concerned about propaganda in the Tic ino district for union with Italy, and has charged two journalists, Signor Colombo and Signorina Bontempi. with high treason because they have carried on a campaign in favour of Italy annexing Italian Switzerland.
