The Wheat Board decided t >-day to continue the prices for fowl wheat established early this mouth at 4/1 f.o.b. to the North Island, and 4/4 f.o.b. South Island. RETIRING CHAIRMAN. CHRISTCHURCH. July 30. Presentations from the Wheat Purchase Board and from its staff were made to day to Mr. G. W. Clinkard. who has been chairman of the Board since its inception. Mr. L. Schmitt, the new chairman of the Board, was present to-dav. The Board carried a resolution congratulating Mr. Clinkard on his new appointment as New Zealand Trade Commissioner in Europe, and recording high appreciation of his services to the Wheat Purchase Board
