At White City, in the Polytechnic Harriers meeting. Lovelock won the mile in 4-13 4-5, heating R. II Thomas’s record for the meeting by five seconds.
The Polytechnic Marathon from VYindsor to White City resulted: A. .T. Norris (Polytechnic) 3 hrs 6 mins 37 4-5 sees. 1; McLeod-Wright (the holder) 2 hrs 51 mins 23 4-5 secs. 2.
